Congrats to our newest Employee of the Month, Mike Holmberg! He is the Chief Engineer at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Idaho Falls. Mike has been with our hotel team for over 16 years! Congratulations Mike, we are proud to have you as our employee and appreciate all you do to help make our hotels great!

Here are some reason’s why Mike was nominated:
-Mike has had a huge influence in the successful maintenance of many other Inntrusted hotels! He has happily trained many of our maintenance teams.
-He is always willing to help within the company wherever needed.
-Mike is a wizard of all things! His skills never seem to run out! I cannot even name all of his many skills and all of his knowledge. For example, he can fix bursting or broken water pipers, guestroom floods, stalled shuttle vans, noise making PTACS, dead grass, broken dumpsters, parking lot oil spills, thirsty planters, clogged pool pumps, fire alarms, chirping smoke detectors, soiled carpet, heavy palettes, etc. etc.
-He is very considerate and respectful of his team. You never have to worry about Mike indulging in gossip or untruths.
-He is loyal.
-One of the best things you can hear in any day is to hear Mike say to you, “Smile!”!
