Ruby Ehman, General Manager
Ruby started her hotel journey at the age of 16 at a local hotel. Ruby has worked in hotels in Butte since that age. Ruby started in the Housekeeping Department and quickly worked her way up. Ruby was an Assistant Executive Housekeeper while attending Butte High School.
After graduating high school, Ruby married her high school sweetheart, Dan. Ruby was hired at another local hotel as a housekeeper and was promoted to the front desk in a very short time. Ruby and Dan then had two amazing sons.
Ruby was hired at the Fairfield by Marriott Butte in 2016 as the Front Desk Manager. She strives for excellence and learned all that she could from her leadership team. In October 2018, Ruby was offered the General Manager position and gladly accepted.
