Rindi Hornseth was born and raised in Missoula, Montana, where her journey in the hospitality industry began at the young age of 16. Starting as a housekeeper at the La Quinta in Missoula in 2017, Rindi quickly worked her way up through the ranks—moving to the front desk, then to Front Office Manager, and ultimately becoming General Manager in September 2023. Known for her dedication and hands-on leadership, she brings both heart and experience to her role. Outside of work, Rindi is a proud wife and mother of three. She enjoys camping with her family, relaxing with her cats, going to concerts, and is a devoted Taylor Swift fan.
