Congratulations Trina Jacobson!  You are our October 2018 – Inntrusted Employee of the Month!

Trina comes to us from the Hampton Inn Airport – Idaho Falls and joined the team in June of 2015.

From day one that I stepped on property, Trina has always had a smile on her face.  No matter what is going on at the hotel whether it be business travelers, families, or sports teams, she is always there with a smile providing excellent service to our guests.  In the time I have been here, she has received more direct compliments then most staff do in a year from the guests.  She truly loves serving our guests and because of this our guests love her.  I never see her sitting down and while others half her age are sitting and moving at half the pace, she is actively searching for ways to ensure that each guest feels at home and loved.  Trina not only gets along with our guests but our staff too.  She is liked and loved by all.  Having now managed multiple properties and traveled around and witnessed what her position can turn into, she is what I would call a diamond in the rough!  Some would even consider her the grandmother we all wish we had.  – James West
