Our favorite time of the month has arrived once again! We are excited to announce our next Employee of the Month, Jandina Myers the Sales Manager from the Comfort Inn & Suites in Jerome, Idaho. She has worked in multiple departments and is a huge asset to her team and the general manager. Here are a few reasons her manager nominated her:

  • Jandina helps with many tasks around the hotel. Including scheduling, interviewing, direct bills, and deposits.
  • She is in charge of booking, set-up and tear-down of all the meeting rooms.
  • Jandina takes initiative. She sees what needs to be done and she does it. She doesn’t need constant supervision.
  • Jandina has implemented the white board program. This informs the employees where we are day to day and month to date. The board consists of our ADR, CP Enrollments, award status for the year, and current service scores. We also as a team, make goals on where we would like to be for the month and the day. Jandina updates this board 5 days a week.
  • Guests are always #1. She has decorated suites for newlyweds. She makes goodie bags and delivers them to the rooms for our sports teams and coaches. Anything that she can do to make us stand out and add that special little touch!! Jandina prides herself on building “return relationships” with our guests. She remembers guest’s names and personal details that makes the guests feel appreciated and welcomed.
  • She is ALWAYS the first person to volunteer when we are short on a shift for the schedule.
  • Jandina is my right hand person. She is kind, consistent, reliable and trustworthy. She always puts 100% into everything that she does.
