Congratulations Ben Cox! You are the May 2018 InnTrusted Employee of the Month!

Ben is the Maintenance Technician at Candlewood Suites.  He is directly responsible for fixing anything and everything that we throw at him, “Literally.” Ben’s knowledge and desire to learn even more is amazing to witness daily.  He seems to be a walking encyclopedia of knowledge when it comes to working through problems and making sure he understands how something works or why it doesn’t.  The best part is how much he loves to share his knowledge with anyone who will listen.  In the past couple of months, we’ve experienced a number of changes that affected all employees.  Ben stood out as the encourager and the cheerleader for the team.  He stepped up and dug in deep into the compliancy manuals to learn all he could to ensure our continued success.  Ben arrives early and sometimes stays late to accomplish his daily and unexpected tasks.  We recently had the task of replacing all of the mattresses in the hotel.  With Ben leading and organizing the way, and with the help of our outstanding housekeeping team, the transition was the smoothest anyone has ever experienced.

Despite the overwhelming amount of work that everyone has to do, Ben consistently finds ways to help his coworkers.  His willingness to assist others and his commitment to the InnTrusted family  makes him the MVP on our team!
