Beth has been a stellar employee for 9 years at the La Quinta Inn & Suites in Idaho Falls and is known for hosting amazing breakfast no matter how big the crowd. A guest at La Quinta had this to say about Beth:
“I have an 11-year-old on the autism spectrum. One morning he didn’t get up in time for breakfast. He was very upset, as he is most mornings before his medication kicks in. He ran down to the dining room to find the food put away and Ms. Beth cleaning up. He explained his crisis and she proceeded to get him leftovers to eat and even made him oatmeal. I couldn’t have been more pleased! I wasn’t even down there to interpret for her. My son was ecstatic with the preferential treatment and felt very loved.”
