Congratulations Sarah Biggs of the La Quinta Inn & Suites – Idaho Falls!  You are our June 2019 – InnTrusted Employee of the Month!

Sarah Biggs….I can’t say enough good things about her. She is my Front Desk Manager and my right hand and sometimes my left hand too. She is truly a gem!!! We recently went through a computer system change for Wyndham. We didn’t have a trainer on property to help us and my mother passed away 3 days before the cut over. Sarah and my team all jumped in full force and worked all day problem solving and getting everything switched over. Sarah was a guiding force through this transition. She has spent many hours going back through records and finding lost revenue and recovering it for the hotel from transition errors. She never gives up on a challenge.

Sarah is all about the details. She offers excellence in everything that she does. She will often catch mistakes that have been missed on several shifts. She is thorough and I love that about her. I can hand Sarah something and ask her to figure it out and she will. If I give Sarah a responsibility, I know that she will follow through and do an amazing job at it. Some of Sarah’s responsibilities are; billing, meeting room rentals, schedules, guest review responses, managing the front desk staff, and many other problem-solving tasks.

Sarah’s laugh is infectious, and she brings so much happiness to everyone around her. She is so dedicated to her job and the success of the hotel.

Our guests love her! People call and say, “I need to talk to Sarah.” Some guest comments about Sarah are: “This is our 2nd stay at your facility. Each time we have been impressed by the friendliness of your staff. From Sarah Biggs to Tony, every member greeted us warmly and always asked if there was anything they could do. We were extremely impressed by Sarah Biggs and the number of guests who greeted her by name. She is knowledgeable about each of them and they continually praised her kindness and hospitality. We will be making several trips to the area in the future and plan to stay at your hotel and none other due to your staff.”

Sarah always does extra things to help out. One time, she bagged up 60 cookies for the dancers that were checking in. When they were given the cookies, they were so excited that it had their names on them. They asked how we knew their names. It was a fun moment to watch and Sarah made it happen. She goes over and beyond daily. If something needs done, Sarah will do it. She will plunge a toilet, clean a room, scrub a tub, run up extra towels and beds. She is always willing to do any job in the hotel that needs done. Everyone needs a Sarah at their hotel, and I’m so glad we have ours.
