Congratulations Bri Kunz from Fairfield Inn & Suites, Butte!  You are our July 2018 InnTrusted Employee of the Month!

Bri has been with our hotel since before opening day.  Bri is always willing to help with any department and any shift and she knows the ins & outs of every shift as well.  Bri connects with our guests and regulars and always remembers when guests return.  Bri’s name is mentioned in many reviews for the hotel and she is known for getting postcards, tips, and gifts from many of our guests.  She trains most of our new employees and is willing to help in anyway she can.  Bri always has a smile on her face and strives to make our guests feel at home.  She always makes sure that tasks are completed and ready for the next shift.  Overall, Bri is a huge asset to our hotel and we don’t know what we would do without her!
We have an experience explained by an amazing guest named Larry.  Bri made his reservation and made sure all his needs were met.  Larry then had a situation and couldn’t make it and had to cancel his reservation.  He told Bri he would call back when he knew when he was coming the next month and Bri replied, “Please do!”  When Larry called back he was surprised that she remembered him, especially with all the people she handles daily.  Larry spent a lot of time in our lobby at the Business Center and he was able to see Bri in action.  Larry explained that “Bri is the kind of employee you look for… but is really hard to find.”  Larry observed an interaction Bri had with an upset guest who began yelling at Bri and pointing in her face.  Bri stood her ground cool as a cucumber, listened and apologized for something she didn’t have control of.  Bri is the epitome of great customer service!
