Margarito has been working there for 11.5 years and mastered many departments at the hotel, from Houseman, to Front Desk/Night Auditor. When Margarito is working, he prepares our breakfast, handles all guest requests, helps with all credit card verification, and is meticulous in his duties at the front desk. Most recently he has filled in on his days off and helped keep our team and hotel running while we were short handed. His team and manager consider him to be extremely trustworthy and honest!
Margarito takes on many additional roles and helps keep track of all of our Lagoon Ticket sales. We would be lost with out his dependability and training skills. Thank you for being so great and reliable! Congrats Margarito!!
