Congratulations Sarah Gibbins of the Staybridge Suites – Missoula, MT!  You are the January 2019 – Employee of the Month!

Sarah started here in June of 2014 in our housekeeping department.  Sarah quickly demonstrated her value as an employee with her great attitude, attention to detail and dependability.  Sarah was promoted to Assistant Head Housekeeper in 2015 and swiftly gained the respect and trust of the entire housekeeping staff.  In August 2017, Sarah was promoted to Head Housekeeper.  Since taking over that position, housekeeping hours have dropped while maintaining a 12-month average of 96.4 in guestroom cleanliness.  Sarah is willing to do anything for her team and for the hotel.  She has a great personality and engages in conversation with our guests every day.  She is a great role model for her team and for all Staybridge employees!  -Jon Bernthal, General Manager
