It is our favorite time again…Time to announce the InnTrusted Employee of the Month! We would like to congratulate Debra at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Pocatello. After reading her nomination form, it is easy to see why her team loves her and why she was an awesome pick for Employee of the Month!

Debra Employee of the Month

  • Debra’s consistent love for our guests and dedication is exponential.
  • Her commitment can easily be seen in the dedication she puts in, one day just trying to get to work during a heavy winter storm. Debra drives a small car which sometimes makes it hard to drive up our steep hill. During this storm our hill was covered in snow and ice and the city trucks had plowed a snow drift blocking the road up to our hotel. Debra knew if she couldn’t make it in to work that morning that her guests would not get the breakfast they rely on daily. Debra turned around and parked on a neighborhood street and walked almost 2 miles up the snowy and icy hill to have breakfast ready, going above and beyond her call of duty.
  • She consistently will impress you with her hard work and heart she puts into her responsibilities.
  • Her continued commitment to her guests shows in her work ethic and friendships she has created.
  • Debra makes sure to greet all of her guests and is sure to put a smile on anyone stopping by for breakfast. We consistently hear great comments at the front desk about Debra and how nice she is and the great job she does.
  • Debra will go out of her way on special requests if someone would like to have something other than what is being served that day. Just this last weekend she really showed her colors and consistency during Simplot Games one of our sold out weekends and easily one of the heaviest breakfast with all the teen athletes from around the nation. After an exhausting morning taking care of 250+ guests she was still full of life helping guests finding a specific T.V channel and making sure they got the best directions to Walmart. I felt the compassion she had for them even though I was watching from a distance.
  • She is quick to listen to our guests and if there was someone who has experienced a problem she shows compassion and notifies the appropriate staff member so that we can take care of the guest before they leave our hotel.
