A big Congrats to Sarah Hill our December InnTrusted Employee of the Month! She works at the Hampton Inn at the Mall in Idaho Falls and has been part of the team since 2015.  Here are some great reasons she was nominated by her manager:

• I’ve worked with Sarah almost two years now and she has shown nothing but excellence in her work ethic.
• She is a great role model for the entire team.
• I wish I had more “Sarah’s”…she is self-motivated, always smiling, and is always grateful for everything she is offered.
• Sarah recently volunteered to work on Christmas Day so the rest of the team could take the day off and enjoy time with their families.
• Sarah works on our housekeeping team cleaning rooms, doing laundry, and checking rooms as she is the Assistant Head Housekeeper…she only knows one speed and that’s full throttle.
• If the hotel needs anything Sarah is always our first call… whether it is to come back to clean a room or fill a shift.
• She is always first to volunteer for any task, big or small, and upon completion it is completed better than expected.
• Sarah has a very strong grasp of our laundry operation and has been a significant player in cleaner linens, less reclaim, and less service on our equipment as she teaches everyone to maximize our loads.
• Sarah is self-motivated and she works as hard or harder than anyone on the team and is a joy to be around.
• Sarah makes this whole team more engaged with her very contagious attitude guests love her as well as the team.
