A BIG Congrats to our amazing Wynette Butikofer who was chosen as the February InnTrusted Employee of the Month. Wynette works at the Holiday Inn Express in Idaho Falls. Here are some reason’s why she was nominated by her manager:

Wynette has been with Inntrusted for 3 ½ years and gives 200% in everything she does! Her loyalty, passion, and dedication to the Holiday Inn Express’ team and our guests is unprecedented! Wynette teaches school five days a week and works at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites doing night audit, IHG Rewards Club Loyalty Champion, and Guest Experience Champion for 32 hours each week while not at school! She has the best attitude of almost anyone I know! She is consistently and sincerely positive, kind, and energetic!
Many of our guests rise earlier in the morning just for an opportunity to catch Wynette at the end of her shift! One guest exclaimed “Wow! I’ve never seen someone so happy in the morning!” and another guest, “I thought I was the only one who was happy in the mornings until I met you!” Wynette has a great gift of giving happiness, support, and encouragement to all she encounters.
As our IHG Rewards Club Loyalty Champion, Wynette is a master of the program! She trains the entire team on the importance of our guest loyalty. She assists our team in setting monthly personal and team goals and makes it fun to enroll our guests into IHG Rewards Club which furthers our success.
Wynette commits herself at every opportunity to the success and thriving environment of our hotel. In the 3 ½ years Wynette has worked here, she has not left a shift without writing a positive guest comment or motivating thought for the day on a post-it which she attaches to my manager reports. She also writes a second positive comment or thought for the day by email when she sends the reports. This magnificent act of passion, brings me to life each day as I celebrate such an incredible, supportive, loyal, hardworking, excellent performer on my team.
