Congrats to Sheldon our December Employee of the Month! He works at the Hampton Inn At the Mall in Idaho Falls and has been a dedicated team member for over 16 years! Here are some key reasons why his manager nominated him:

• Sheldon is our night auditor and is trustworthy and honest.
• Sheldon makes us all laugh with the funny and sarcastic things he writes in the log book, he has a great sense of humor
• Sheldon is always willing to do extra tasks, such as cleaning or setting up meeting spaces!
• He has great communication skills, and is always keeping me and the staff informed of everything.
• He walks the entire hotel on a regular basis to check for any burned out lightbulbs.
• Sheldon is an awesome trainer.
• Because of his dedication to our team and the hotel, he has even re-arranged his vacation days to help out when a new night auditor didn’t show up.
• Sheldon doesn’t always get noticed by our guests because of the shift he works, but he is truly our rock. Breakfast always runs smoothly, and there is never a worry on the GM’s mind when Sheldon is on property.
