Michelle O’Brien, General Manager

Michelle was born and raised in California until she moved to Idaho Falls on January 1, 2009. Throughout her career, she has worked in many fields, but the Fairfield Inn was her first—and only—experience in the hotel industry. She began as a front desk agent and spent six years in that role before being promoted to Operations Manager in 2021. She never imagined when she started that she would one day become the General Manager, but twelve years later, she achieved that goal. She now has two beautiful granddaughters she enjoys spending most of her free time with, as well as a job she loves.
