Rusty Landon is at the helm of the company and instills the amazing culture it has today.
Rusty oversees day to day operations of the InnTrusted Portfolio including hotel development and acquisitions of new properties.

Trent joined InnTrusted in July of 2025 as the Chief Operating Officer. He has worked in the hospitality industry for over 20 years. He joined InnTrusted after more than 15 years with InterContinental Hotels Group, where he held various roles working with internal and external stakeholders.
In his new role, Trent will be overseeing operations and commercial delivery of the InnTrusted portfolio. He is excited to be supporting a great team of hotel leaders to drive operational excellence, exceptional guest experiences, and financial performance.
Jascen joined InnTrusted in 2003, starting at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Idaho Falls and taking an amazing journey over 23 years with the company.

Director of Corporate Operations
Jascen is InnTrusted's Corporate Operations Director. He oversees InnTrusted's security and technology platforms and works closely with Rusty on new development projects.
Wendy has worked in the hospitality industry since 1994. She joined InnTrusted in late 2013 as the General Manager of Holiday Inn Express & Suites - Pocatello, ID and has proven her value to the InnTrusted team.
Wendy leads the portfolio of InnTrusted hotels in Pocatello, Burley, Jerome, and Hailey ID, as well as St. George, UT. She works closely with each General Manager to ensure each property is meeting the measure of our vision.
Regional Director of Operations
James started his hospitality career in 2006 as a Night Auditor and after a short hiatus returned to open the Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Kanab as the AGM. He joined InnTrusted in early 2017 as the GM of the Hampton Inn Airport - Idaho Falls.
James oversees new hotel openings and property improvement initiatives. He also leads the InnTrusted hotel portfolio in Idaho Falls, ID, working closely with each General Manager to ensure every property aligns with and delivers on our vision.
Regional Director of Operations
David Staker started his hospitality career in the fall of 2000 with the EconoLodge in Boise. He has had experience managing multiple brands. In 2012, he joined InnTrusted when the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Idaho Center in Nampa, ID was acquired.
David leads the portfolio of InnTrusted hotels in Boise-Meridian & Nampa, ID . He works closely with each General Manager to ensure each property is meeting the measure of our vision.
Regional Director of Operations
Ryson Sparacino joined the hospitality industry in 2016 at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Missoula. He has had the benefit of working every position including General Manager of both Select Service and Extended-Stay Brands.
Ryson oversees the InnTrusted hotel portfolio in Missoula, Butte, and Billings, Montana, working closely with each General Manager to ensure every property aligns with and delivers on our vision.
