Diane Sayer, General Manager
Diane started her hospitality career in 2000 as a bellhop at Red Lion in Idaho Falls. She quickly was promoted to Reservation Manager and soon after that Front Desk Manager. After only six months as Manager, she was voted Manager of the Year.
Diane left hospitality for a few years to focus on her family. She then returned to the Red Lion, which was now Hotel on the Falls, in 2013. She quickly rose the ranks and within a few years was given the opportunity to become the General Manager and eagerly accepted.
In 2022, Diane became a member of the InnTrusted family when she accepted the position of GM at Country Inn & Suites at the Mall.

In her spare time, Diane enjoys hanging out with her husband Ray and their five grown boys, daughters-in-laws, and their four grandchildren, camping, boating, and just enjoying the beauty of Idaho.
